You can book online through our booking system, contact us via social media, or call the salon directly. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time.

Yes, certain appointments require a small, non-refundable booking fee. This fee is deducted from your total on the day of your appointment.

We require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made within 48 hours may incur a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged 100% of the appointment cost.

If you're running late, please contact us as soon as possible. Arrivals more than 10–15 minutes late may require the service to be shortened or rescheduled, and fees may apply.

Yes! We offer complimentary consultations to discuss colours, cuts, styling, extensions, and treatments. This helps us understand your vision and ensure the best result.

We proudly use high-quality professional brands, including Moroccanoil, as well as a curated range of colour and treatment products selected for their performance and results.

We adore little ones, but to maintain a calm and relaxing environment for all clients—and for safety reasons—we kindly ask that only the person receiving the service attend the appointment. However, we understand that sometimes bringing your child is unavoidable. In these cases, we simply ask that they remain seated with you and are supervised at all times to ensure their safety and the comfort of others.

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you have any concerns, please contact us within one week of your appointment so we can arrange an adjustment if needed. While we do not offer refunds, we will always do our best to make things right. If, after working together, we are unable to meet your expectations, it may simply mean we aren’t the best fit for your hair goals — and that’s okay. Our aim is for every client to feel confident and cared for, whether with us or another stylist who aligns better with your vision.
